1. About SHALL V

SHALL V is a personal wellness, health, fitness, nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep, recovery, and progress-tracking application.

SHALL V is designed to help users organize and understand aspects of their everyday wellness routine.

SHALL V does not provide emergency services, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or professional healthcare.

2. Eligibility

SHALL V currently supports users from 16 through 65 years of age.

Ages 16–19

Users aged 16–19 may receive a youth-oriented experience with more conservative and non-restrictive wellness guidance.

Ages 20–65

Users aged 20–65 may access the full SHALL V experience.

SHALL V is not intended for users under 16 years of age.

You are responsible for providing accurate age information when creating your account.

Where applicable law requires additional protections or authorization for younger users, those requirements apply in addition to these Terms.

3. Your SHALL V Account

Some SHALL V features require you to create an account.

You may currently create or access an account using supported authentication methods, including:

• email and password;
• Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate information;
• maintaining the security of your account credentials;
• keeping your device reasonably secure;
• keeping any recovery key or passphrase you choose to use secure;
• notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

You should not share your account credentials or recovery information with another person.

4. Using SHALL V

You may use SHALL V only for lawful and legitimate personal purposes.

You must not:

• use SHALL V for unlawful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to SHALL V or its systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of the application;
• reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security controls;
• misuse another user's account;
• upload or create content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights;
• use SHALL V to provide medical services to others;
• use SHALL V as an emergency response system.

5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

SHALL V is intended for general wellness, fitness, nutrition, movement, hydration, sleep, recovery, and lifestyle support.

Information, calculations, targets, recommendations, and guidance presented by SHALL V are intended for general wellness purposes.

They should not be treated as a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, or medical opinion.

6. Calculations and Personalized Targets

SHALL V may calculate or display information such as:

• BMI;
• BMR;
• TDEE;
• calorie targets;
• macronutrient targets;
• nutrient targets;
• training-related information;
• progress measurements;
• other wellness calculations.

These calculations are based on information supplied by you and the calculation methods used by SHALL V.

They are estimates and may not reflect your exact physiological condition or nutritional needs.

You are responsible for reviewing your information and using appropriate professional advice where necessary.

SHALL V does not guarantee that any calculated target or estimate is suitable for every individual.

7. Nutrition and Fitness Information

Food information, nutrient values, exercise information, calorie calculations, workout information, and other fitness-related content provided by SHALL V may be approximate.

You should not assume that any listed value is perfectly accurate for every food, individual, preparation method, or exercise situation.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a particular food, exercise, target, or activity is appropriate for you.

8. Youth Experience

SHALL V's youth-oriented experience for users aged 16–19 is designed around non-restrictive wellness guidance.

It is not intended to encourage:

• extreme calorie restriction;
• unsafe exercise;
• excessive exercise;
• extreme weight-loss behavior;
• harmful dieting practices.

Young users and their parents or guardians, where appropriate, should use sound judgment when engaging with fitness and nutrition information.

9. Your Data

SHALL V is designed around a local-first architecture.

Your ordinary health and fitness information is primarily stored on your device.

Certain account information and optional cloud recovery information may be processed through third-party infrastructure as described in the SHALL V Privacy Policy.

Our handling of personal information is governed by the SHALL V Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You should read the Privacy Policy before using SHALL V.

10. Device-to-Device Recovery

SHALL V may provide an optional device-to-device recovery feature.

This feature is intended for transferring selected information from one device to another.

You initiate recovery yourself.

Recovery data is encrypted before being uploaded to temporary cloud storage and is designed for a limited recovery period.

You are responsible for keeping your recovery key or passphrase secure.

If you lose the required recovery information, SHALL V may not be able to recover the encrypted data for you.

11. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your SHALL V account and associated data.

SHALL V provides an in-app account deletion mechanism.

SHALL V also provides an external web-based account-deletion mechanism as required for applicable platform requirements.

When account deletion is successfully processed, associated account and cloud data are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

SHALL V, including its software, interface, branding, name, logos, visual design, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Muhammed Ashik P A, except where otherwise indicated.

You may use SHALL V only as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit SHALL V or its protected materials without appropriate authorization.

The SHALL V name, branding, and related identity may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership without permission.

13. User-Created Content

SHALL V may allow you to create or store custom information, such as custom foods, exercises, activities, notes, or related entries.

You remain responsible for the information you create or enter.

You must not use such functionality to create, store, or distribute unlawful content or content that violates another person's rights.

You retain your rights in content that you lawfully own, subject to the permissions necessary for SHALL V to provide the relevant functionality.

14. Third-Party Services

SHALL V currently uses certain third-party services, including infrastructure for authentication and cloud functionality.

Current third-party services include:

• Supabase;
• Google Sign-In.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.

The SHALL V Privacy Policy provides further information about current third-party data handling.

15. Availability of SHALL V

We aim to keep SHALL V available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be:

• available;
• uninterrupted;
• error-free;
• compatible with every device;
• free from temporary technical failures.

The application may require updates, maintenance, security changes, or other modifications.

Certain features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

We may release updates to improve:

• security;
• functionality;
• performance;
• usability;
• compatibility;
• privacy;
• reliability.

Some updates may be necessary for continued use of SHALL V.

You are responsible for keeping the application updated where reasonably required.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary, including where:

• these Terms are materially violated;
• the account is used for unlawful activity;
• the application or its security is being abused;
• access creates a security or integrity risk;
• required by applicable law.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

18. No Medical or Emergency Use

You must not rely on SHALL V for:

• medical emergencies;
• diagnosis of disease;
• emergency response;
• medication instructions;
• treatment decisions;
• professional medical supervision.

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or medical service.

19. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• the information you enter;
• how you use SHALL V;
• reviewing whether a recommendation or calculation is appropriate;
• using appropriate professional guidance when necessary;
• protecting your account and recovery credentials;
• complying with applicable laws.

SHALL V does not control decisions you make based on information displayed by the application.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHALL V and its operator are not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or consequences arising from:

• reliance on general wellness information;
• use or misuse of calculations or targets;
• inaccurate information entered by you;
• failure to follow professional medical advice;
• inability to access the service;
• device failure or loss;
• loss of locally stored information;
• loss of a recovery key or passphrase;
• unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect your own credentials or device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. No Guarantee of Results

SHALL V does not guarantee specific:

• weight changes;
• fitness outcomes;
• muscle gains;
• performance improvements;
• nutritional outcomes;
• sleep outcomes;
• health outcomes;
• recovery outcomes.

Individual results vary.

SHALL V provides tools and information intended to support personal wellness habits; outcomes depend on many factors outside the control of SHALL V.

22. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

The SHALL V Privacy Policy explains:

• what information we handle;
• where it is stored;
• how it is used;
• which third parties are involved;
• how recovery works;
• how account deletion works;
• how privacy requests can be made.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when:

• SHALL V adds or changes features;
• subscription functionality is introduced;
• payment systems are introduced;
• legal or regulatory requirements change;
• platform requirements change;
• security or operational practices change.

When material changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

Your continued use of SHALL V after an applicable update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Subscription and Payment Terms

Before paid subscriptions are launched, these Terms will be updated to clearly disclose the applicable:

• subscription price;
• billing frequency;
• automatic renewal;
• trial or introductory offer, if any;
• cancellation process;
• purchase platform;
• refund rules;
• subscription benefits;
• applicable payment terms.

These Terms are subject to applicable law.

Any specific governing-law and jurisdiction provision will be finalized based on the legal/business structure and jurisdiction applicable to SHALL V before commercial launch.
